White Sturgeon caviar comes from American White sturgeons, which are farmed in fresh artesian ponds in Italy. The eggs are medium-sized, dark grey to brown colour with smooth and creamy textures on palate with a hint of fruitiness. White Sturgeon caviar is similar in flavour and often compared with famous Russian Ossetra caviar.
